Sarena Myers | RHP/Utility | Class of 2028

My name is Sarena "Rena" Myers, I'm a RHP/utility from Hector Arkansas. I'm currently part of a class of 2028 at Hector High School, where I also play volleyball and basketball to stay in shape and improve my time management. I play travel ball for Arkansas Platinum Darr 16u and have been passionate about softball since I was four years old. At the age of twelve, I knew I wanted to become a leader-not just on the field, but in every area in my life. As a student-Athlete, I value hard work not just in the classroom but also on the field. I'm an active member of Beta club, ETS (Educational Talent Search), and I take pride in maintaining strong academics while balancing athletics. My goals are staying focused on my studies, continuing to grow in my sports, and always being there for people who support me- my family, teammates, and friends. Softball has shaped my life and given me a sense of purpose and discipline. I strive to lead by example, keep a positive attitude, and be a strong role model to my little sister, teammates, and those around me. I believe in giving 100% in everything I do and pushing myself to reach the potential God has set out for me. Outside of sports, I enjoy riding horses, going on runs, and spending quiet moments visiting my dad's grave. These things keep me motivated and remind me of why I work hard and who I am.
