Although we strive to use  acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect it, such as to provide you with the service you have requested, and for the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting, contractual, or reporting requirements that apply to us.

The Site may contain links that will let you leave the Site and access another website. Linked websites are not under our control when operated by third parties. We accept no responsibility or liability for third party websites. The Site and Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal data from children under 13.

The link to your athlete's personal site page is only searchable to those provided the link or QR code by you. We will never share or circulate your personal page link without express permission. All page links are not searchable by any search engine by default. You may choose to delete your athlete's profile at any time. Retention on our end will be 1 year from date of setup without renewal. After 1 year, the page will be permanently deleted and the initial setup fee will apply to re-add it. 

Site Setup Fees: 

- The initial fee for a new profile is $175 for up to 2 sports (= set up time and site storage for 1 year), $225 for up to 4 sports (setup time and site storage for 1 year).  

- Changes/updates to profiles will be billed in 15 minute increments at $25 per increment. 

- To update or to cancel your profile, please fill out the "update existing profile" form on the home page.

- After the first year, additional years storage fees will be $75 per year. Updates should be requested as needed.

Payment is due at the time of service. Failure to make a payment within 48 hours of notification may result in the un-publishing of the page or permanent deletion in certain circumstances. 

Either party shall reserve the right to choose to remove/delete a profile at any time for any reason.
