PRICE SHEET

New Profile:

• The initial fee for a new profile is $65. This includes setup time, cloud storage for 1 year, and up to 10 update requests (new pictures, updated schedules, link changes, etc.) for 1 year. The year will begin the date of setup and end the same date the following year. Setup time is approx. 5-7 business days (with back and forth input from you on changes).

• Following year fee will be $25 for cloud storage and up to 10 updates. 

• To update or to cancel your profile, please fill out the "update existing profile" form on the home page.

• Updates should be requested as needed. 

• I will contact you upon the end of the year to see about renewal. If there is no response within 7 calendar days, the profile will be unpublished. After 30 days of no response, the profile will be permanently deleted. 

NOTE: All profile links are NOT searchable on web browsers by default setting. This is for your athlete's security. Only people you have shared the link/QR code with will be able to view the profile unless you request to be in the main CLDM home page "spotlight" (which is also not searchable but could be shared more widely). We only publish phone numbers, physical addresses, and/or email addresses and other links you provide on your players profile page/player card with your express permission. 

ALL OTHER ITEMS AND SERVICES: 

All other items and specialty products will be quoted on an individual basis as needed. Prices will depend on the setup time and printing fees on a project-by-project basis. 

Examples:

• Player cards for 1 individual player = $25 setup fee + printing cost. Note, the printing company charges a $20 fee for setup and about $.25 per printed card.

• Individual Player Profile Sheets = $25 setup fee + printing cost. Note, the printing company charges a $20 fee for setup and about $.55 per printed color copy.

• Full Team Profile Sheets = $25 setup fee + printing cost. Note, the printing company charges a $20 fee for setup and about $.55 per printed copy.

All projects will be quoted BEFORE work is done and submitted for your approval.
